Manual edits were performed according to natural breaks and arbitrary criteria in case emergency evacuations were to take place. Addresses are grouped within evacuation zones with a designated name such that (naming convention to be defined). These evacuation zones were primarily defined by shared roads access for evacuation, natural separations such as primary highways and major rivers, and topography.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
