<idAbs>&lt;div style='text-align:Left;'&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;The Change Detection products identify structures with probable changes that might otherwise go undetected. By comparing older pre-existing building outlines (GIS polygon shapefiles) to a newer Eagleview imagery source, potential changes are identified and categorized for further review. These products require the customer to provide a preexisting digital building outline dataset and the aerial imagery represented by the dataset. Using newer Eagleview imagery, pre-existing building outlines are updated to conform to the visible edges of the corresponding structure’s roof. Polygon shapes are also created for each new qualifying structure in the coverage area. Each building outline shape is classified and assigned a change status of “new”, “changed”, “demolished”, “existing” or “unknown.” The results are assembled into a “candidate” file and provided in geodatabase and shapefile formats suitable for analysis using Eagleview CONNECTAssessment or GIS applications. When a digital parcel file is supplied, each shape is linked to a parcel to facilitate the analysis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;When visible, the following types of structures measuring at least 150 sq. feet (14 sq. meters) and at least five pixels wide (based on 12” (30 cm) or better GSD imagery) are included:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Residential, commercial and industrial buildings&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Attached decks or porches that have a roof or railing or that are visibly raised (The customer must select whether to have decks marked with an individual point or be included within the outline of the attached building.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Isolated garages, mobile homes, sheds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Greenhouses&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Grain silos and oil storage tanks&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Buildings under construction that at least have walls&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Trailer boxes with windows or doors (construction field offices)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Other features with a roof&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;The following structures are NOT included:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Vehicles, boats, ships&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Docks&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Paved areas, including patios without a railing or wall&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Bare ground surrounded by a fence or wall&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Steel tower/frames, antenna, cell phone towers&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Changes in the vertical direction (e.g. a one-story building that is renovated to a two-story building)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Billboards&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Tombstones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Water towers&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Temporary tents&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Trailer boxes without windows or doors (storage containers)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Structures or components not visible or unrecognizable for any reason, including image resolution, image quality, mosaic image seam line artifacts, shadows or obstructions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;• Swimming pools (unless PoolFinder is purchased with the project) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Candidate polygon shapefile – The associated attribute table includes the following fields:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;STATUS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Field Type – String; One of the following values is listed: Existing, Changed, New, Demolished or Unknown.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;EXISTING: This is an unchanged building.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;NEW: This is a building that appears in the newer imagery, but not in the older imagery.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;CHANGED: This is a building showing some addition or modification to its shape.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;DEMOLISHED: This is a building that no longer exists.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;UNKNOWN: The condition of the building cannot be determined from an analysis of the imagery.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;PARCEL FILE KEY&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;The name of this field matches the associated field in the customer’s parcel file (as identified by the customer) and contains the associated record ID. The delivered feature is linked to the record within the parcel file that the centroid of the delivered feature shape falls within, provided that the centroid lands within the delivered feature. For delivered feature shapes where the centroid does not land inside the feature shape OR the centroid does not land within any shape in the parcel file, the delivered feature is linked to the parcel shape record that covers the largest percentage of the delivered feature shape. This field is blank for customers that do not provide a digital parcel file for processing.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;X, Y (two separate fields)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Field type – Double; Identifies the geographic center (centroid) of the outline polygon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;AREA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Field Type – Double.
